Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 2, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between AICKYWAY ("the Company") and users of Convizard ("the Service").

2. Definitions

  • Service: The online image format conversion and AI image processing tools provided by the Company.
  • User: Any person who accesses and uses the Service in accordance with these terms.
  • Content: Image files uploaded by users and the resulting converted files.

3. Service Description

The Service provides the following features:

  • Image format conversion: Convert between WebP, JPG, PNG, AVIF, and other formats
  • AI Image Cleanup: Remove unwanted objects from images
  • AI Image Upscaler: Enhance image resolution
  • AI Background Removal: Automatically detect and remove image backgrounds

The Service is free to use without registration. The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service with prior notice.

4. User Obligations

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

  • Uploading illegal content or content that infringes on the rights of others
  • Uploading pornographic, child exploitation, or other legally prohibited images
  • Disrupting stable operation of the Service (e.g., mass automated requests)
  • Collecting personal information of others through the Service
  • Threatening the security of the Service or exploiting vulnerabilities

5. Intellectual Property

  • Copyright of uploaded images belongs to the user or the original copyright holder.
  • The Service uses images solely for conversion purposes and automatically deletes them from servers after processing.
  • The Company does not claim any ownership or usage rights over images uploaded by users.
  • Intellectual property rights for the Service itself, including design, logos, and code, belong to the Company.

6. Service Limitations

  • Upload limit: Up to 20 files, 20MB total per session
  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WebP, AVIF, BMP, HEIC, and more
  • The Company may temporarily restrict or suspend the Service due to server overload, maintenance, or other operational needs.
  • Access may be restricted without prior notice if the Service is used in an unauthorized manner.

7. Disclaimer

  • The Company is not liable for any quality loss or data loss that may occur during the image conversion process.
  • The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or server failures.
  • Users are solely responsible for how they use images converted through the Service.
  • The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense to support its operation. For details on how advertising data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Company may modify these terms within the bounds of applicable law. Changes will be announced through the Service at least 7 days before taking effect, specifying the effective date and reasons for the change.

10. Governing Law

Matters not covered by these terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with authority over the Company's location.
